Does the Storehouse Lofts require a work/live permit?

Yes, obtaining a work / live permit from the city of Alameda is a requirement during our application process.

What is the security deposit?

$2000; $500 pet deposit for dog, $250 per cat

Can you just live in the building?

Yes, we love to give our tenants the flexibility to do what they wish with their space, live & work, or just one. Whatever is best for you.

What is the parking situation?

The Storehouse Lofts has secure on-site parking that is access controlled. We have additional street & temporary parking for clients + guests. Parking permits are $35/dollars per car. Availability may be limited, contact management for more info.
